Reservations
To reserve pool time, log in to your client portal and navigate to the Pool Time calendar. Available appointments will appear in green.
Scheduling Your Appointment
When booking, only select one of your dogs in the reservation, even if multiple dogs will be attending.
If you are bringing additional dogs please list them in the notes section of your appointment.
Each reservation allows 1–3 dogs total from the same visiting group. Each dog after that is an additional $5 (maximum of five dogs).
If you plan to bring a dog that does not belong to you — such as a friend’s or family member’s dog — they must be registered in our system prior to the appointment so their owner can complete required agreements and waivers. Once all dogs are registered, one person may book the appointment and include the names of all attending dogs in the notes.

Ideal swimming time is about 10 minutes at a time, followed by a short rest and potty break.
